Your Data, Explained
Last updated: February 2026
This notice explains, in plain language, what personal information Axhawk Productions collects, where it goes, what is visible to the public, and the rights you have over your own data. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run our broadcasts and support our clients.
Your data is stored on a privately hosted server that we operate and control — not on a third-party cloud database. Account passwords are stored in a hashed (scrambled) form and are never readable, even by us.
When you submit a support ticket, the information you provide (name, email, and message) is sent to the following services so we can receive and respond to your request:
| Service | What is shared | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Discord | Name, email, subject, and message from your ticket | So our team is notified instantly of new support requests |
| Gmail (Google) | Name, email, and message contents | So we can receive, forward, and reply to your request by email |
These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data on their platforms. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it with any parties beyond what is listed above.
Most of your data is private and never shown to site visitors. A profile stays completely private until you submit a testimonial and we approve it. Here is the exact breakdown:
| Information | Visibility |
|---|---|
| Display name (on an approved testimonial) | Public |
| Profile picture (on an approved testimonial) | Public |
| Website & social/media links (on an approved testimonial) | Public |
| Testimonial text (once approved) | Public |
| Username | Private |
| Password | Private (hashed, never readable) |
| Email address | Private |
| Support ticket contents | Private (only seen by our team) |
| Any profile whose testimonial is not approved | Private |
In short: your email, username, and password are never public. The only things visitors can see are the name, photo, links, and testimonial text of users whose testimonials we have approved for display.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it entirely. There is no charge, and we will act on your request promptly.
Open a support ticket on the website or reach us in our Discord, and let us know whether you want to access, correct, or erase your data.
If you have a profile account, you can also update your own display name, email, photo, website, and links anytime from your profile page.
